Had dinner here on NYE 2023. Great service from all staff and beautiful food. Two thumbs up. Would recommend.

I have been there yesterday to have a dinner with my husband and my baby girl and my husband didn’t like his dish the chicken was uncooked so he told it for the manager. The manager told us he couldn’t changed the dish and my husband only had one bite and told then straight way but the manager was really rude with us and started complaining about my baby girl was watching her iPad and asked was to turn it off. We have been in so many places 5 start, restaurants at crown, Six senses in Perth many… and it’s the first time happened. We definitely never back there again.

Had a 6:30pm booking confirmed via email only to get a call before then stating that we did not make our 5:30pm booking. We called and they would not honour the actual confirmed booking and didn’t even care that they were at fault. Very disappointing. Update - appreciate the final response below and thank you for the apology. The image below shows the original response provided which is reflective how we were treated when we called up with a legitimate booking time and was then made to feel that we were wrong and wouldn’t acknowledge that we were looking at a physical booking confirmation - didn’t ask for it or check system for email sent. I’m ok if mistakes are made and admitted, especially at this time of year, but don’t assume that the customers are wrong.
